Author Heiner Müller in 1980 took inspiration from the 1782 novel “Les liaisons dangereuses” by Choderlos de Laclos. A salon before the French Revolution, a bunker after the Third World War. A man and a woman try to touch each other and themselves, while their world is about to collapse or has already collapsed.
